Call for Abstracts (International Session)

Closing Call for Abstracts: January 31st, 2022 (12:00pm JST)

The 13th JPCA Annual Meeting Committee welcomes you to submit an abstract. Submissions will be accepted from a wide range of specialists and students working in primary care.

The topics include; prevention, diagnosis, medical treatment, care, public health, education, policy, and research development.

For this session, the official language is English and no simultaneous translation will be provided.

Poster (On-site)

Submission Guidelines

• All applications should be submitted online. The deadline for submission is January 14, 2022.
• The abstract must be submitted in English.
• The abstract must be submitted by the presenting author.
• The maximum word limit for a title: 20 words.
• The maximum word limit for the abstract body: 250 words.
• Please structure your abstract using the following headings.
• Original Investigation: [Objectives], [Methods], [Results] and [Conclusions]
• Case Report: [Introduction], [Case] and [Discussion] * Activity Reports can also be submitted.
• The Abstract must NOT contain tables, graphs, or images.
• The maximum number of authors allowed (first author and co-author(s)): 15
• The maximum number of authors’ affiliations allowed: 15
• Please do not use specific names or information to identify an individual.
• After the submission, the secretariat will have no responsibility for proofreading, recorrection and so on. Please make sure that all information is correct before submitting.
• After the submission, the secretariat will send you a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it within three business days, please contact the secretariat.

Review Results

• All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed
• Acceptance will be judged and the result will be notified after the review
• Because of the session's space, we might not be able to accept all presentations and request to change the presentation category (live stream or on-demand)
